Here We Go...

Heck (proud I didn't type a swear word), I had a hard enough time coming up with a "title" so what am I supposed to write? I guess updates.

Steve is still on contract with Lockheed Martin working on the Orion space capsule project. He's really enjoying himself.

Michael has been hired by Office Depot. He's really excited (cough). It's time to compete for summer jobs if you're a college student so he's not turning it down. He brought the girls home from school and ran off to a training meeting (yippee!).

Christopher is still in Mexico, Maine where he has been training a green missionary. This will be their second transfer together. He's thrilled for the springtime weather! We loved seeing his pictures of massive snow drifts, the world's largest snowwoman and tables piled high with lobster at his dinner appointments.

I hate grouping Allison and Emily together all the time but they do tend to do everything at the same time. Today was their last day of school... they are officially juniors. They are waiting to hear how their auditions turned out for the top choir group at school, "Shades of Blue." The boys were in it their senior years and the girls would like to one up them and get in as juniors. They have turned 16, they have their driving permits (try getting all the driving hours in for two people at once!), and they've gone on their first official dates. Together. It was to a formal sponsored by the church.

I'm here. Since school is over I won't be substituting (duh). I really got into the middle school system somehow; taught a lot of algebra and band. I'd love to find a way to let the elementary teachers in schools close by know I'm here. Project! I need to get through Girl's Camp and I'll be able to breathe a little.

Need to go debug the other computer.

Love and stuff, Gena
